PME 44 Conference of the International Group for the Psychology of the Mathematics Education

July 21-22, 2020 at IRDTP for ASEAN Building, Khon Kaen University - The 44th Conference of the International Group for the Psychology of Mathematics Education was conducted virtually. Due to the global pandemic caused by the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the International Group for the Psychology of Mathematics Education (IGPME) decided to postpone PME 44 to 20 to 24th July 2021. However, we published a total of 78 research reports which have been submitted and reviewed in this Interim Proceedings. This issue covers the 78 research reports presented virtually at Khon Kaen, Thailand from 21st to 22nd July 2020.

These 78 research reports are about different research scopes and approaches of new developments and innovation in mathematics education and match with the theme of this conference which is “Mathematics Education in the 4th Industrial Revolution: Thinking Skills for the Future”. The Interim Proceedings are guided by the reviewers, editors, and International Programme Committee (IPC).

The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) would like to invite participants to attend the 44th Annual Meeting of the IGPME in Khon Kaen by 20 to 24th July 2021. The conference will be conducted in collaboration with Khon Kaen University, Thailand Society of Mathematics Education, The Educational Foundation for Development of Thinking Skills, and the Institute for Promotion for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology (IPST).
